Port Lincoln National Park

Lincoln National Park overlooks Boston Bay, the largest natural harbour in Australia, with granite headlands, sheltered bays and scenic offshore islands. On the southern side of the park are the massive, wind-sculpted sand dunes of the Sleaford-Wanna dune system and the pounding surf of the Southern Ocean.

Boating, fishing, beach combing, swimming, bird watching, whale watching and nature walks are all popular activities in this park. A variety of designated campgrounds in the park offer easy access to the beaches, bays and walking trails.

Entry to Lincoln National Park is 13km south west of Port Lincoln via Proper Bay Rd. The park is on the south-eastern tip of the Eyre Peninsula and is an 8 hour, 680km drive from Adelaide.

September Beach is located 800 meters from the cottage, pristine coastline and a popular campground amongst locals and visitors to the Eyre Peninsula.

KATA & BELLE have been allocated 2 of the 12 camp sites for GLAMPING at September Beach.

GLAMPING AT SEPTEMBER BEACH

Cape Donington Lighthouse is located at the north-eastern tip of the Lincoln National Park, standing 32 meters tall and a piece of history waiting for you to explore.  Pack a picnic and take the track to the left before the lighthouse and you'll discover a small beach all to yourself....well 99% of the time!

Stamford Hill is not for the faint-hearted!  If you're feeling fit and up for an adventure than plan a trek up Stamford Hill whilst staying at Donington Cottage.

The trek up Stamford Hill is short but steep. It's about 2.7km and should take approx. 1.5 hours to get up and back. Signs & history mark the way and once you've reached the top, enjoy the views of Proper and Boston Bay, Port Lincoln & Lincoln National Park and capture some amazing pics!

Don't forget to check out the historic Flinders Monument whilst there - erected in memory of Matthew Flinders who surveyed the Eyre Peninsula coastline in 1802.
